Sessions, by phone or video conference, are actually 55 minutes in length.

To make an appointment with Sara: packages must be paid in advance. Once payment is made you will receive an email to schedule your appointment. A 48-hour cancellation notice before the start of a package is required for a refund. All package sessions must be completed within 6 weeks of the purchase date.  However, once a package has been started, any remaining sessions will not qualify for a refund, nor any unused portions of a package after 42 days from the start date of the package. Please note that Sara may book up to one month in advance depending on the time of the year.
